What is body positivity?
Body positivity refers to the assertion that all people deserve to have a positive body image, regardless of how society and popular culture view ideal shape, size, and appearance.
Living in a world where altering your body is a very easy way out to deal with body dysmorphia or low self-esteem does not help the fact that the main motive for us should be our health and not our body image.
Why should body positivity be given importance?
