What is ADHD
Attention- Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder also known as ADHD is a chronic condition including attention difficulty, hyperactivity and impulsiveness.
ADHD is not a mental illness. ADHD is not a specific learning disability. ADHD is, instead, a developmental impairment of the brain’s self-management system. Both adults and children can be diagnosed with ADHD.
How does it affect a person?
Like every other disorder ADHD also is different for everyone.
Doing everyday tasks are difficult when you can’t make yourself to do anything by this what I mean is wanting to tidy up your room or do your school work but your mind keeps finding other ways of distracting yourself, or being impulsive, inattentive , disorganized, indecisiveness, etc.
Be gentle with yourself most time people forget that at the end of the day you are a human too don’t rush be patient go hug someone you adore it will be okay.
